Camacha – village known as the wickerwork centre of the island.

At the factory there one can admire local artisans working and appreciate the wide collection of wickerwork articles available. Ribeiro Frio – Natural Park where a trout hatchery can be found surrounded by a small garden with endemic plants. Santana – village on the north coast where the famous “A” framed cottages can be seen.

Portela-viewpoint at 670mts high from where one can appreciate the view over the north coast and the impressive rock formation of the Eagles’ Cliff.

Return to hotel by Ponta de São Lourenço with its magnificent lunar landscape.
